Refund policy
Our store sells food products. Due to food safety laws we are unable to accept returns or guarantee refunds. If product is shipped back to us, we have to throw it away -- and for you to pay to ship something back for us to throw away is unnecessarily wasteful. If something needs to be thrown away, it is far more efficient to throw it away at your location.
However, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee. If something is wrong with the product: contact us. We want to know what is wrong. You'll find that we are reasonable people conducting business with a product that we love. Did you fail to receive everything you ordered? Easy. We'll ship the rest to you right away. Did you receive the wrong product? Again, that's an easy fix - we'll send you what you ordered and you keep the extra product.
The point here is that our business is operated by people. We're humans. We don't make mistakes often, but it will occasionally happen. Please make sure to contact us about your situation so that we are aware and can set things right.
